At Tamra.Shop.Social, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Below you will find our detailed refund policy, which outlines our procedures for order cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Period: We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. You have 30- days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange.
  • Returns -  customers responsibility
  •  If customers choose to use their own carrier, they are responsible for the return shipping costs. It's recommended that they use a service that provides tracking information and proof of delivery. This way, both they and you can monitor the return shipment's progress.

* These fees help cover expenses related to inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items, as well as potential loss in value if the item is damaged or opened.

  • Exchanges: Customer places new order for the new item and submit a return for unwanted items.
  • Price differences:
    • Higher-priced item: If the new item selected for exchange is more expensive than the original, the customer will be charged the difference in price.
    • Lower-priced item: If the new item is cheaper, the customer will be refunded the difference.
    • Variant exchange: When exchanging different variations of the same product, like sizes or colors, the price difference is calculated on a per-item basis. 

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

  • Items must be in original condition – unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • You must provide a digital image of the original product(s) when requesting a return or exchange.

* Important: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for a convenient self-service process.
  2. Log in to your Customer Account to begin.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

Eligible Issues:

You may qualify for a return in the following cases:

  • Wrong style, color, or size received
  • Incorrect quantity received
  • Damaged or faulty items

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Bra Panty Sets, Bras, and Panties. These items are non-returnable and are Final Sale.

If you experience any of these issues, please notify us with an image of the original product(s) within 7 business days using the self-serve option or via email at returns@tamrashopsocial.co.

Note:

  1. There may be slight color variations between product images and the actual items due to lighting and screen differences.
  2. Material descriptions should correspond to real images in the product listings, but quality issues do not include minor thread problems.
  3. Special fabric odors typically dissipate after a few days or with washing.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason, and without justification. Similar return conditions apply (items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@tamrashopsocial.co.
